Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22, 2020 (erstwhile SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2018/77 dated May 3, 2018), Trading Members are hereby informed that the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’/‘ZP’/‘ZY’ group with effect from February 19, 2021, due to non-compliances for two consecutive years i.e. March 2019 & March 2020 for the Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

* Currently, the trading in the scrip of the company has been suspended.
It may be noted that the following companies are also non-compliant for Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive years i.e. March 2019 & March 2020; however these companies are already in the ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’ / ‘ZY’ group.
