अगर आपने PACL में निवेश किया था और ₹5,000 तक की रकम की वापसी के लिए मार्केट रेगुलेटर सेबी को आवेदन दिया था, तो आप अपना खाता चेक कीजिए, हो सकता है कि आपके खाता में ₹5,000 का रिफंड कर दिया गया है।
सेबी ने जानकारी दी है कि PACL के वैसे 2,77,544 निवेशकों/आवेदकों के खाते में ₹5,000 का भुगतान कर दिया गया है जिन्होंने इतनी रकम की वापसी के लिए आवेदन दिया था। हालांकि, कुछ आवेदन में कमियां पाते हुए उसे खारिज भी किया गया है। सेबी ने कहा है कि 8 फरवरी 2019 से लेकर 31 जुलाई 2019 के बीच इन निवेशकों के खाते में पैसा ट्रांसफर किया गया।
इसे पहले 2 जनवरी 2018 से लेकर 31 मार्च 2018 के दौरान वैसे 1,89,103 आवेदकों के खाते में ₹5,000 का भुगतान किया गया है जिन्होंने इतनी रकम की वापसी के लिए आवेदन दिया था।

The Committee, from a date to be notified shortly, will
provide an opportunity to all investors/applicants with claims up to
Rs.5,000/-, to make good deficiencies as may be applicable to their claims, so
as to enable their claims to be processed.
