Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated January 01, 2021 under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 3(3)(a) of SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time, Garden Silk Mills Limited (“the Company”) had applied for delisting of its equity shares.
The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated January 01, 2021 for delisting and also with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Monday, February 08, 2021.
